Market@416 Market@416 is a new restaurant featuring the heart and soul of the local Toronto experience with unique flavours, Ontario craft beers and more. Passengers will be able to sit in the lounge and ‘call’ for service from the comfort of their own seat using new touch pads. BAR OBISPO RESTAURANT Serving all day, OBISPO has a mix of local and Mediterranean flavours and epicurean delights designed to enchant and attract travellers’ taste buds with great plates. It’s a welcoming, relaxed ambiance with super-fast service or food to take on-the-go, as well as a great selection of beer, wine and signature cocktails. Toronto-based Chef Grant van Gameren was pleased to have been brought on board by SSP Canada to help create this menu. Based on a traveller’s desire for delicious, health-conscious, easy grab-and-go meals, they developed a simple menu of sandwiches and healthy bowls that emphasize fresh, wholesome ingredients with a few guilty pleasures.
